Acceptance Meditation
Mindfulness and acceptance are closely linked, where mindfulness is the practice of being in the present moment non-judgmentally, and acceptance is the act of allowing experiences (like thoughts, feelings, and sensations) to be just as they are, free of resistance or avoidance.
