Acceptance Meditation

Mindfulness and acceptance are closely linked, where mindfulness is the practice of being in the present moment non-judgmentally, and acceptance is the act of allowing experiences (like thoughts, feelings, and sensations) to be just as they are, free of resistance or avoidance.

For this meditation, invite you to consider moving towards I am willing to see, I am willing to be with and work with that which is here right now
