Mindfulness Group
Please join us to attend the Live Online Mindfulness Group held Wednesday afternoons, twice monthly, to re-connect, re-initiate practice, and/or support ongoing Mindfulness practices. The group is limited to 12 participants.
Prerequisites: Be willing to provide evidence that you have completed/graduated from an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Course such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Stress Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), or Mindfulness Self Compassion (MSC), that was held either in person or online and was taught by a Certified MBSR/MBCT/MSC teacher.
Those that have completed a Live Online 4 Week Mindfulness Course through Mindfulness Midwest are also eligible to attend MBSR Group (based upon attendance of all four classes).
