Poetry

For me, one of the many silver linings of pandemic was researching poetry to share as I facilitated free Live Online Mindfulness several days at week at noon in the midst of the lockdown and reopening.

Poetry has always been a facet of the MBSR curriculum, however, guiding the Live Online Mindfulness Sessions and adding an additional MBSR Group (twice/month versus monthly) nudged me to delve deeper into poetry related to mindfulness.

I found that researching and reading poetry created space for me to sense and feel, my emotions, allowing them to rise, be felt and acknowledged, felt so cleansing and grounding.

I thought I would share the poetry that made its way into my guidance for you to read, explore, and perhaps enjoy as well.
