Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Midday Mindfulness
In collaboration with the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Margaret, a Mindfulness Instructor at Rush University Road Home Program, guides a Midday Mindfulness practice for Warriors every Wednesday at 12:00 CST.
Midday Mindfulness includes:
an arrival practice, a gentle mindful movement practice, a meditation practice, and the sharing of a poem. Together, we will create a virtual community wherever you, whatever you are doing, to pause, come into presence, and practice.
